Sem 2 Technical Specifications:
Sem 2 & Sem 3 Controllers for Separately Excited DC Motors
These controllers have been developed for reach trucks, medium size lift trucks and tractors fitted with DC Separately Excited Motors between 2.5Kw to 12Kw.
Sem 3 Technical Specifications:
SEM 2 is suitable for motors between 2.5Kw to 5.5Kw

Voltage Range: 24, 36, 48V DC
Maximum current
24V : 500 Amps - Booster Current 580 Amps
36V : 250 Amps - Booster Current 300 Amps
48V : 350 Amps - Booster Current 400 Amps Dimensions: 367 x 150 x 85mm
SEM 3 is suitable for motors between 6Kw to 12Kw

Voltage Range: 48, 72, 80, 96V DC
Maximum current: 48V : 600 Amps All others : 400 Amps
Dimensions: 518 x 150 x 85mm
Sem 2 and Sem 3 Technical Specifications:
Maximum Field Current: 50 Amps all versions
Armature Switching Frequency: 16KHz
Field Switching Frequency: 1KHz
Temperature Range: -30° to +40°C
Resistance Range of Field Winding : 0.3 to 0.6 Ohms
